  The basic purpose of the personnel evaluation is to find out what needs to be supplemented and to provide various opportunities for Entechworld employees. Personnel evaluation is conducted by identifying the achievement level and competence of the company and its own goals for one year or over a certain period of time. The purpose of it is to find the strengths and developmental needs of the company, in order to foster and demonstrate the ability and enthusiasm of individuals and organizations in the right direction. In the personnel evaluation method, the self-evaluation and direct supervisor evaluation are part of the first stage. Then the evaluation and various opinions of the personnel management department or the personnel committee are reflected in the second stage in order to secure fairness and objectivity. By providing feedbacks on their weaknesses and strengths, we give room for motivation, self-development, behavioral change, and environmental change. In addition to using it as compensation data.
